Is floating clean and safe?

Rest assured floating is 100% safe and the water is 100% sterile. Let us explain how:

There is 900lbs of Magnesium Sulphate (MgSO4·7H2O)  (Epsom salt) dissolved in each tank. Which raises the salinity to levels that are inhospitable to bacteria, including microbes and other pathogens.  This is naturally an extremely hygienic and bacteria resistant environment. 99.9% of bacteria or anything living cannot survive in this high salt content.  

• The solution goes through a 2 sets of filters in one cycle, once in the overflow and then again through a 1 micron filter integrated within the state of the art pump system. Water is cycled 4 times through after every float.

• The tanks are hand wiped and sanitised by our staff between each visitor

Additionally surfaces are disinfected using H202, a 35% Hydrogen Peroxide disinfectant. Hydrogen Peroxide is one of the most powerful oxidizers known.
